Somerset Patriots Disclaimer/Waiver/Policies:

NOTE: If you have placed an order for Lawn Seating Tickets, all Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. The Lawn Seating Area is a general admission grass area, and NO chairs or strollers can be brought into The Lawn Seating Area (you may bring blankets to sit on).

ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND MAY NOT BE MODIFIED OR CANCELED FOR ANY REASON. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. TICKETS MAY BE ONLY BE EXCHANGED IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON: RAIN POLICY: IF LESS THAN 4 and 1/2 INNINGS (5 IF THE HOME TEAM TRAILS) OF THE GAME IS PLAYED, TICKETS MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR A TICKET OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE FOR ANY OTHER REGULAR SEASON GAME DURING THE 2013 SEASON, BASED ON AVAILABILITY. ANY EVENTS CANCELLED WITHIN THE LAST 30 DAYS OF THE SEASON WILL BE EXCHANGEABLE DURING THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF THE FOLLOWING SEASON.

Children 3 and under are Free if they will not be occupying their own seat.

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Somerset Patriots customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If the Somerset Patriots are unable to reach you after its initial attempt, The Somerset Patriots may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer. All email requests will be answered within 1 business day.

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with the Somerset Patriots Ticket Office whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The Somerset Patriots will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, LEAGUE, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.

There is NO Tailgating allowed at TD Bank Park due to County Regulations.

Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with these or any other management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

The tickets on this order are a revocable license and admission may be refused at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. This ticket is not valid unless purchased from an authorized ticket seller. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

Holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game, performance, exhibition or event for which this ticket is issued. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.

In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, certain items, may NOT be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcoholic beverages, outside food or beverage, illegal drugs, controlled substances, bundles and containers of any kind. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash and bears no cash value. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, price includes all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available).
